Our preschool program provides a welcoming space that encourages active exploration and meaningful interactions to support children's sense of autonomy and creativity with a focus on getting kindergarten ready. The program is led by our two amazing teachers Lorena Tisdale and Janice Valstar. Daily activities include open play time, craft, snack time, circle time learning activities and gymnastics. We also have a wonderful outdoor space that we enjoy taking the children out to play in on good weather days.
Children will explore all apparatus in the gym while learning basic gymnastics skills and gaining self confidence. Through various games, obstacle courses and activities the children will explore different patterns of movement and will learn spatial and body awareness.
Recreational gymnastics is designed for kids that want to learn basic gymnastics skills, stay fit, build strength and flexibility without having to commit to the longer hours in the gym that are required for competitive programming.
XCEL is an alternative to the Junior Olympic program and offers gymnasts the opportunity to perform optional routines, instead of the compulsory program. Gymnasts will compete individual and personalized routines.
